FACTS. - Miller loaned money to his son. Williams and Miller were divorced in Nevada, and half of the payable from Miller's
son was awarded to Williams. The loan amount was uncertain. PROCEEDINGS. - The jury found that Miller's son owed Miller $76,698. williams moved for judgment on the verdict. The trial
court denied the motion, holding that Williams was entitled to only half of payments received, and Miller's son had made no
payments. Williams appealed.
